If at or after age 65 you are covered
by a small employer (less than 20 employees) group health plan or are covered
under your spouse’s small employer group health plan, in most cases, Medicare
is PRIMARY (pays first) to your group health plan. You must enroll in Medicare
Part A and B or be assessed a penalty should you later enroll.
